How it works
Yobber is a recruitment tool for companies who believe that personality, motivation and drive can be at least as important as experience. You apply for jobs by recording a presentation and a few video answers that complement your application and give the recruiter a better picture of who you are.
We want your personality to show from the start, and for you as a job seeker to get the chance to be more than just a CV. We want to give every job seeker the opportunity to talk about their ambitions and show what they are really capable of!

You answer a few screening questions
Do you have a driving licence? Do you have checkout experience? Do you have at least a few years' experience in the role? Some questions are yes/no questions, others are multiple choice. The employer decides which questions are asked.

You record a video application
Why do you want to work with us? How would you handle a dissatisfied customer? You can record your answers as many times as you like and only submit the application once you are happy with it.

You attach application documents
A CV and cover letter are of course the most commonly requested documents. Sometimes the application is made without any documents at all, and sometimes other types of documents are requested.

You click apply!
You receive a confirmation that your application has reached the employer, and can follow it through the recruitment stages under My applications. Whether you move forward or not, you will always get an answer.
